Some guy in Sacramento, disguised as a plumber, has been going around to public restrooms stealing parts of the urinals! If it's a fetish of some kind, I don't wanna know about it...personally, I'm reminded of the guy on the TV show M.A.S.H. in the 70s, stealing an army jeep by sending it home, piece-by-piece...Police Seek Urinal Thief
