Hanoi Taxi Drivers Fined...for Peeing?!

Now, we here at Potty Mouth are always grateful for administrative efforts to keep the streets clean and hygienic...and lord knows, we know how men of every culture and nation love to exercise their ease to relieve themselves in the #1 fashion pretty much wherever they please...but folks, we've been to Vietnam, and pee in Hanoi is not the major problem that needs attending to...it's poop in Saigon!  Let's just say, any well-informed pedestrian in that southern metropolis knows to give a wide berth to any fence (such as those erected around construction sites), for fear of the odors that may come wafting over from the other side, due to males scaling the fence for quick relief...    That said, the diligence of the Hanoi constabulary needs to be acknowledged in this incident.

Harrrumph! This toilet don't look so revolutionary or ergonomic in any new way to me...and I'll bet this high-falutin' all-blue space-age construction from one of my former employers (Arizona State...shudder) costs a lot more than a good 'ole "Squat and Gobble" (Sit and Smile) like you can get all over Asia for a...er....smile...
